In a competitive housing market, sellers prefer a pre-approved buyer vs a buyer who might be unable to close the deal.I work with experience mortgage brokers that can help you in this process.
VISITING & TOURING HOMES
Touring houses can be an incredible learning experience, even if you’re not quite ready to buy yet. Going through a lot of open houses can help you discover what you really want in your dream home, and what you don’t. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of home pricing in your community. Over time, you’ll know when an asking price is fair for a home, and when the owner is asking too much.
SUBMITTING ACCEPTING OFFERS
After you’ve made an offer to buy a house, the seller will accept your offer, make a counteroffer with one or more changes, or reject the offer outright. A contract is formed only when either the seller or the buyer accepts all of the terms of the latest offer or counteroffer from the other, in writing and with a signature, within the time allowed.
ESCROW & CLOSING PROCESS
An escrow is process wherein the Buyer and Seller deposit written instructions, documents and funds with the neutral third party until certain conditions are fulfilled. Escrow services are generally provided by title insurance company. The stability, reliability and perfromance of your title and escrow company are vital to protect intrests of all parties to the transaction.
